The undulating Tavastian terrain of Evo is a familiar destination for Southern Finnish hunters. The varied and vast area offers suitable terrain for those who hunt, for example, with a spitz, a pointer or a hound. Many also start their waterfowl season from Evo. During hunting you can visit Niemisjärvi's recreational fishing spot to catch salmonids.

The wording of the terms is clarified, and the new structure better reflects the customer journey in the Eräluvat.fi service. The terms also specify how and where customers can place an order, how they benefit from logging in during the ordering process, and whom to contact in case of problems or changes.
Hunting seasons may vary within the permit area. Check the hunting seasons for capercaillie, black grouse and hazel grouse at riista.fi.
Hunting is not allowed in the area's nature reserves (Sudenpesänkangas Nature Reserve, Kotiset old-growth forest and Haarajärvi Nature Reserve).
Only short-term daily permits, are sold for the hunting area. You can also hunt small predators with short-term daily permits.
Small predator permits are not sold to the area separately.
Please note that the permit does not allow the hunting of Canadian beaver.
