Determining the call cost
Metsähallitus does not charge for calls to its customer service number, but your phone operator will charge either a mobile call fee or a local network fee, depending on whether you are calling from a mobile network or a landline. If you call from abroad, you will pay the call charge applicable in that country.
The charge applies from the moment the call is answered or you hear an announcement, for example, that you are in a queue. The operator charges for each started minute during the call or while you are waiting. The amount of the charge is defined in the agreement you have made with your phone operator.
