Terms of purchase and cancellation
Changes and cancellations of orders are always made in accordance with the purchase and cancellation terms.
You can pay for your order
We recommend placing your order while logged in. This way, your permits and hut reservations are saved to your customer account, and you will receive a payment link that allows you to pay your reservation by the due date. Through your customer account, you can also cancel your order yourself if it has not yet been paid. Orders placed without logging in must always be paid immediately.
Paid permits and hut reservations generally cannot be cancelled after payment. Please note that certain permits (e.g. the fisheries management fee) must always be paid immediately.
If you need an invoice for your order, you must make the reservation through customer service. An invoicing fee will be added to the order in this case. It is not possible to request an invoice through the self-service channels.
