Arpainen is a diverse small game hunting area located in South Ostrobothnia, within the Suomenselkä watershed region. In addition to forest grouse and mountain hares, the area is home to the Canadian beaver, which a patient hunter may encounter at the many forest ponds scattered throughout the region.

The wording of the terms is clarified, and the new structure better reflects the customer journey in the Eräluvat.fi service. The terms also specify how and where customers can place an order, how they benefit from logging in during the ordering process, and whom to contact in case of problems or changes.
The beaver and small predator permit includes restrictions on keeping a dog off-leash.
