Rental huts available through the Eräluvat.fi service can be booked by the same customer for a maximum of one week at a time. Until now, this restriction has been communicated only through customer guidance. A booking limit has now been added to the reservation system, preventing bookings of more than seven consecutive nights for the same rental hut. For shared rental huts, the limit has been set to two nights.
These limits have been introduced to prevent long-term accommodation bookings. The reservation huts and rental huts managed by Parks & Wildlife Finland are intended for short-term accommodation as part of an outdoor excursion.
