Announcement: Permits for Commercial Fishing

Metsähallitus announces the application period for commercial fishing permits in the Northern Lapland region for the years 2026–2028 and in other parts of Finland for the years 2026–2030. Permits should primarily be applied for electronically via the Eräluvat.fi service between September 15 and October 10, 2025, 4:15 PM.

The application can be found at www.eraluvat.fi/en/areas/permits-for-commercial-fishing-1355. Permits can also be applied for using an application form, which must be submitted to Metsähallitus Registry no later than October 10, 2025, 4:15 PM: Metsähallitus, Kirjaamo, P.O. Box 80, FI-00521 Helsinki or kirjaamo@metsa.fi.
