The Terms of Use and Privacy Statement of the Eräluvat.fi online service were updated on 9 May 2023.
Changes in specifications and wording were made to the Terms of Use to make them clearer than before. Actual terms were amended in the following sections.
- The minimum age limit for the use of the service was changed to 13 years and a condition requiring guardian consent was added.
- The information on cookies was removed and replaced with a link to a Privacy Statement, which contains up-to-date information.
- Information on the payment processing agent was updated in the section on Information security in payment transactions.

Section 9. Cookies in the Privacy Statement was updated to correspond with the current situation. In addition, a mention of the guardian consent required for persons under the age of 13 was added to Section 3. Collecting personal data.
